Performance answers "how did my posts do". It is a different measurement from automation analytics, which answers "how did my flows do", which is why they have different names and sit in different places.

Read this first: coverage is partial

Post metrics are collected for Facebook today. Instagram and Threads insights require a Meta permission that is pending app review, and the refresh job does nothing for those platforms until it is granted.

So the page reports which platforms it actually has data for, and says so on screen. It does not sum what it has and call it "your reach".

That choice is deliberate. A total that silently omits Instagram would under-report by however much Instagram drives, and a number that is wrong in an unknown direction is worse than a visible gap.

What it shows

Impressions, reach and engagement for posts published in the window you choose: 7, 30 or 90 days. Totals, a trend over time, a breakdown by platform, and a table of individual posts.

Figures come from a snapshot refreshed roughly every four hours, so a post published an hour ago will not have numbers yet. That is normal; check back.

What is deliberately absent

Follower growth. Nothing in the product records a follower count over time. There is no table holding it and no job writing one, so a growth chart would have to be derived from data that does not exist. We would rather show nothing than a fabricated line.

Using it honestly

With partial coverage, the useful comparisons are within a platform, not across them. "Did carousels beat single images on Facebook this month" is answerable. "Which platform is best for us" is not, yet.

The other honest signal is on the Comments screen: whether a post actually started conversations is frequently more informative than its impression count.

When coverage widens

When the outstanding permission is granted, the additional platforms appear here without you doing anything: the coverage note on the page is generated from what the collector actually supports, so it cannot get out of step.
