Content plans
Exporting a plan
Export a plan as a PDF for a client, a collaborator, or anyone who is not going to log in.
A plan can be exported as a PDF containing its tabs: the brief, the hooks, the captions, the carousel outline, the scripts and the schedule.
What it is for
Sending the thinking to someone who is not going to log in. A client signing off on a fortnight of content, a collaborator writing the captions, a colleague recording the video. The PDF is a snapshot, not a live view: changes made after the export are not in it.
What it is not for
It is not the approval mechanism. If you need a client to approve individual posts, with a record of who approved what and when, use client approvals and the external review link: those decide whether a post publishes. A PDF is just a document.
Getting the artwork out
The PDF carries the plan's text. Finished images and video come out of Studio rather than from here. See Studio overview.
