Plans & billing
Managing your subscription
Upgrading, downgrading, payment details, invoices and cancelling: what takes effect immediately and what waits for the period end.
Everything about your subscription lives in Settings → Billing.
Changing plan
Upgrading takes effect immediately: the new limits apply as soon as the payment goes through, which is the point of upgrading at the moment you hit a wall.
Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep what you paid for until then.
Payment details and invoices
Card details, billing address and invoice history are handled in the payment portal, reached from Settings → Billing. Payment details are held by our payment processor, not by TrendSuite.
Cancelling
Cancelling sets the subscription to end at the period end rather than cutting you off mid-month. Until then everything keeps working.
After it ends, the account falls back to Free rather than being locked. Your brands, plans, posts and assets stay where they are; what changes is the allowance and the paid features. That fallback is deliberate: losing access to work you already made is not an acceptable consequence of stopping payment.
Annual plans
Annual billing is cheaper per month. Switching between monthly and annual is done from the same screen.
What happens to scheduled posts
Posts already scheduled remain scheduled. If your new plan does not include scheduling, or does not include a platform a queued post targets, that post will not send: check your calendar after a downgrade.
Team seats
Reducing to a plan with fewer seats requires that you are within the new seat count. Remove members first; see team members, seats and roles.
