Brand & voice

Working with multiple brands

Each brand is a separate workspace with its own profile, ideas, plans, posts and connected accounts. How switching works and what is shared.

A brand is a whole workspace, not a label on your content. Each one has its own brand profile, idea pool, content plans, posts, calendar, connected accounts and automations.

Switching

The chip in the topbar shows the brand you are working in and switches between them. Everything on screen follows the switch: the idea pool you see, the plans you can open, the accounts you publish to.

This is deliberate isolation. Two clients' content should never be one keystroke away from being posted to the wrong account.

What is shared across brands

Your account: your login, your security settings, your subscription and its generation allowance. Generations are drawn from one pool regardless of which brand spent them, so a busy month on one client draws on the same allowance as the others.

Your team is also account-level; see team members, seats and roles.

What is not shared

Everything else. There is no cross-brand idea pool, no shared calendar and no way to copy a plan between brands in the product today. If you need the same campaign for two brands, generate it in each: the output will differ, because the brand profiles differ, which is usually what you actually wanted.

How many you can have

The number of brands is set by your plan. See plans and what's in them for the current figures; the table there is generated from the live plan configuration, so it cannot drift from what your account will actually let you do.

Archiving

A brand you no longer work with can be archived rather than deleted, which keeps its history intact and frees the slot.
