Account settings

Settings has five tabs. They are account-level, not brand-level: switching brands does not change what is here.

Account

Your name, your email, your avatar, and your email preferences: including whether you receive lifecycle and marketing email. Turning marketing email off does not stop transactional messages such as a failed payment or a team invitation, because those are things you need to know.

Security

Your password, and your active sessions: the devices currently signed in to your account, which you can end individually.

Check this if you have signed in somewhere shared, or if anything looks wrong. Ending a session signs that device out immediately.

Team

Members, roles, seats and invitations. Covered in team members, seats and roles.

Branding

White-label branding for agency plans: replacing TrendSuite's branding with your own in client-facing surfaces. Also covered in team members, seats and roles.

Billing

Your plan, your remaining allowance, top-ups, payment details and invoices. See managing your subscription.

The URL for this tab is ?tab=plan for historical reasons and ?tab=billing also works, so a link from an old email still lands in the right place.

Brand settings are elsewhere

Anything about how your content sounds or looks belongs to the brand, not the account, and lives in Brand & voice.
